Guess who is back!!
On the 21st of February Kunststof is organizing another Kilterboard competition! There will be 3 categories to compete in. Grip expert (5c to 6b), Grip master (6b to 7a), Grip legend (7a to 7c+). Our route setters will create brand new kilterboard boulders for the finals.
The event will start at 1 pm and climbing lasts until 4.30 pm. After an hour break we will have a finale. There will be a max of 40 climbers for this competition. Please be aware, the starting category is 5c on the kilterboard. The minimum age for the competition is 16 years.
At 7 pm we will announce the winners for every category and hand out the prizes.
Tickets will be €10. This includes your entrance fee. Spectators can come for free! However, if you want to climb; sign up at the bar or check in with your membership.
The kitchen will be closed at 6pm. However, we will be serving a special vegetarian meal between the event and the finals. Would you like to join us for dinner? You can buy a ticket for €9.50.

Je mag altijd binnen lopen, maar vanaf augustus organiseren we elke maand een speciale Intro Night. Een entree kost slechts 7,50€ en tussen 18:00 en 21:00 is er een trainer aanwezig. Elk half uur start er een korte introductie en de rest van de tijd kan hij/zij je helpen en tips geven.
In Kunststof vindt de intronight plaats op de laatste vrijdag van de maand. Je hoeft je niet aan te melden, dus kom gewoon binnnen lopen.
Curious about bouldering? It's a very accessible sport, and Leiden has two fantastic gyms. You're always welcome to drop in, but starting in Augustus, we're hosting a special Intro Night every month. Admission is just €7.50, and an instructor is available between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A short introduction starts every 30 minutes, and the instructor is available to help and offer tips the rest of the time.
In Kunststof we host the Intro night every last Friday of the month. You don't have to sign up, just show up.

This year Kunststof is turning 10 years old and we want to invite you to our birthday party!
To celebrate we will host our 10th bouldering competition KUNST|werck on Saturday March 21. Come pick up your topo, join the fun and try to climb all 40 boulders. There will be boulders, beats, beers and ofcourse many many prizes.
The fun starts at 12:00 and lasts until 17:00.
Around 17:30 we will announce the winners of the competition. Of course, we will also hold a raffle to award prizes to the lucky participants.
Tickets for members are €20,-
Tickets for non-members are €25,-
The ticket includes a Limited Edition t-shirt (XS - XL). First come, first serve (op = op).

Kunststof Pubquiz

On May second, it's time for another pubquiz! This will be the last time our amazing MC Bram will be the frontman for the event, and it's promising to be an amazing one!
Gather up to five of your smartest or funniest friends and come show us your brains, enjoy drinks or snacks, and win some amazing prizes! Climbing knowledge isn't required.

Tickets are €5,- per team. The maximum participants per team is five people (you can play with more, but will not be eligible for prizes).
